The movies with a possible girlfriend

Well i'm going to the movies tomarrow and am going to watch a comedy with my very VERY close friend. She a girl and we've both admited we like each other very much. we are going with some other people what should i do? make a move? ask her out afterwards? im not so sure... we've gone out sveral times before but i'm really unsure of what i should do. Please anything will help.
