I live in a house that is owned by my parents. Its not the house they live in and its not a rental. Its on the second half of the farm and in exchange for rent I help with the farm work - watch cattle check fences, feed the bulls in the winter. Its a very nice house and I appreciate the generosity of my parents letting me live here.

I was a homeowner but I have an apartment now. I love my apartment. I don't have to worry about trying to fix anything or the added costs. All I have to do is call the maintenance person.
I also had rented out my house-what a mistake! When they moved out, they trashed the place.

we own our house. it's good because we don't have to worry about paying for the rent. renting for me is ok when you don't have plans of staying in that place for good. i would opt to rent temporarily but as much as possible if i already have enough money to build/buy a house i'd go for it.

I am living in my own house. WE have a orchard behind our house. There are many durian trees, rambutan trees, and mango trees, coconut trees...
I rented a house before. Many things we can't do as we want to do. And evey month we have to pay rental. I felt time ran very fast, in the blink of an eye , I have to pay rental again.

I'm renting in an apartment building. Not so nice but better from others hehehe.. It's smaller than my previous place but I had to moved out from there because it's far from the heart of the city. I have to take three rides to places I usually go everyday. Anyway, i'm planning to move out this year. I don't have any idea where to but I want a new place.

I consider myself to be very fortunate to be in my own house, from past 4 years even after purchasing the house we were unable to move in, some sort of jinxed. we used to get transferred, or something serious used to come up.
living in a rented house with two kids id miserable, i have to constantly watch them out for crayons, paint and all sort of stuffs. my land lady even used to visit me to chk on our maintainance. that was when i decided to get into our own house at any cost even it a single bedroom accomdation. I was desperate of sort.
now finally that trauma is over, we are in our HOME SWEET HOME

first earlier i live in rented house but before two three years i have buy a new house i think that on renting the people has to face to many difficulties and the landlord of the house says dont do like that or whtso ever it is a problematic case so one people should buy there on house whether small or big because ur own house will be ur own u do anything u are the king in ur house no one is there to interupt u . so buy new house just save ur money and get a small one first after that u can buy big if u get more money

Well, I'm living in my own house, but renting a house is never out of the question. If you aren't financially able to buy your own home, you can always rent. There are some minor setbacks, like you have to be very careful with the house because it's not yours and any damage will cause you to pay right out of your pocket. However, it does cost less to rent a house. It has its pros and cons.

Well, we used to rent a house before. It is very inconvenient. You can not do what you want in a rented house. The owner wouldn't permit you to do something you like to do.
And when it is a boarding house too, it is very uncomfortable to live with people who are hard to be with. I was so thankful when we finally moved into our own house. My sister bought a house and We moved with her. It is very convenient and you can do what you want.
I feel very fine living in our own house now.
