I have three children. One son who is 13, my 5 year and my 18 month old daughters. watching them grow up has been a joy, but i was kinda curious yesterday when my 18 month old Cierra, was pointing at the refridgerator and babbling something you couldn't even pay me to spell correctly. So, apart from the obvious mama, dada, and baba, I've decide to have a little fun and put together a list of my top 5 meanings of phrases and words of my 18 month old, then do the same with different ones every week as she talks, and may all the other parents out their can do the same, it will be fun. 1. I wan doos = I want some Juice 2. I don wanama = I dont want anymore. 3. Dada No Pank = Dont spank me. 4. Dada I tinky = I need a diaper change 5. Me me loon = Leave me alone. Hope every one had a good chuckle over this.

awwww. That is so cute. I love understanding baby talk. When my girls were younger I could understand everything they were babbling! People would say 'How do you know what she is actually saying?' I would just smile and say 'I'm her mommy I have to know!' :) It's cute. I hope you have fun trying to translate.

Aaaw.. I love baby talk especially with my nephews and nieces. I have two small nephew and niece and they can't talk straight yet but they sound so fun when they talk fast and can't figure the right word. hahaha.. Especially when they sing, I can't stop laughing at their own lyrics.

I have a 2 year old son and a 3 month old daughter. Obviously my daughter doesn't talk properly but she does make noises and giggles and laughs alot. My 2 year old son says alot of words quite clearly and puts sentences together very well now. A few words he does say slightly different are: 1. Shup up = shut up .......... when he wants someone to be quiet. 2. Duce = juice. 3. Bob dee bilder = bob the builder 4. mummy pooin come look it = mummy i'm pooing come look at it. I can't think of anymore at the moment. They are all cute and funny. Its always nice to see my children grow up and its really rewarding too. ~Joeys wife
