Does Anyone Know Anything About Cash-linkz...Are they gone, or comming back??

I've been a member of this site for a while now and finally have reached the $10 payout, and as soon as I get there....there gone!!!! The site has been down for 4 days now and I can't find any information anywhere about what is happening right now, so I decided to consult my fellow mylot-ers. The site is http://www.cash-linkz.com/ (Not A Referral Link) Anyone,...Anything....Help.... I'm so sick of these sites coming and going as they please, taking our money and then calling it "credits" and saying they don't actually owe us anything. The TOS of these sites is crap and makes it a iron tight scam if they chose to run it that way...And we can't do a thing about it because its in the TOS and we click the agree button when we join. I'm in the process of making my own PTC site, but it is only valid for Northern Ilinois area (Rockford, Loves Park, Machnesy Park, Rosco,...State Line Area pretty much). I'm targeting local businesses, big and small, who you drive by and ask yourself,"What do they sell?" or "What do they serve on their menu?" My TOS aren't crap like the cookie cutter TOS that come standard with every PTC script you buy which hardly anyone even edits these days. There need to be allot of changes it the paid to click world, and I hope I can shed a bit of bright light onto the business. Anyone, any info about cash-linkz would be very cool, thanks ahead of time, and if anyone does get me a great answer, They'll get a best response and I'll go through your profile and give you 10+'s.
