Psoriasis

Hi, I've suffered with it for over 20 years and have found that medical solutions work best (after trying lots of home remedies). It takes a long time if it is severe and covering a lot of your body. Moisturising the affected areas helps a lot. I use emulsifying cream and aqauous cream, spellings probably wrong, but they can be bough over the counter, at least here in Ireland and I assume everywhere.
