I have joined there for a week now and have reached my frst payout for 5 days, but I still have not received my payment to paypal, but found out today that the status have being changed from pending to complete... so I wonder if I still needs to wait or something wrong with that.

If it was changed to complete, I would double check all of your information. Do you have the correct PayPal address listed in your profile? It is very easy to make a typo and not realize it until it is too late.
Also, double check your PayPal account by logging in to make sure that you really didn't receive the payment. It is possible PayPal is just behind in their mail queue.
If your information is correct, I would contact their support and find out where your money is.
