What ANTI-VIRUS is useful for windows XP ?????

Since various virus are there which makes our system to dead slow by affecting the system perfomace. Say some anti-virus which protect easily and enables system performance.

well listen...first of all do an online scan and clean anything you find. as of myself i don't lik antivirus since they make pcs slow. but if you are not careful and you need one i suggest you nod or panda the latest version...i have panda at the moment and it's great and easy
