Scam or not?

I tried surfjunky a long time ago and left because I didn't think I'd get paid and I was told when you put too many toolbars and icons on your computer it slows it down. I've heard other people say they never got paid, so I forgot all about until you mentioned it. That's just me. Maybe others have gotten paid, but I never did. Good luck.
