Have you seen the Bucket List? Stars Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. It is about two men from entirely different walks of life who wind up together in a hospital room, both with cancer. They become friends and make a list of all the things they wanted to do in life before they kicked the bucket.
Really good movie and lots of funny spots too.

I haven't seen anything new or recent. I have been celebrating the work of Sydney Pollack so I have seen Out Of Africa, Tootsie, The Electric Horseman, the Firm, and Three Days of The Condor.out Of Africa is a romantic epic. Tootsie is a comedy. The Electric Horseman is a drama/comedy.And The firm and Three Days Of The condor are thrillers.

I am sorry. I wouldn't know a good new film if it walked over and slapped me.Happy Hunting.

Well you may have seen some of these movies but I'm going to tell you in case you haven't. I just finished watching License to Wed and it was awesome. You should watch I am Legend, Wild Hogs, Underdog, and I haven't seen it yet but Last Holiday looks pretty good. Oh and I heard that P.S. I love you is wonderful.

Whenever the wife and kids are gone, I pull out "Troy", "The Last Samurai", "We Were Soldiers", "Gettysburg", "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the Ocean", "Gladiator", etc.
More recent than these is Pirates of the Caribbean - which I would recommend getting all three and watching them back to back to back... if you have a few hours to kill! :) I'm not usually a Johnny Depp fan, but I think he's great in these - and Jack Sparrow (as also others) have some excellent lines! "A woman scorned hath fury like which hell hath no!" or something like that. ;)

Well that all depends on what kind of movies your into or did you just want to get new movies that are on the video circuit such as jrum68 suggested which I think is the best answer. I like older movies, like 'What about Bob' and 'Patch Adams' and 'Jurassic Park III' and 'Sister Act,' and 'Sister Act Back in the Habit.' There's tons of movies that I really love that I think are classics. Too many. Way to many to mention here. But, anyway, don't forget to get out the popcorn. Happy movie watching.

I liked Beowulf although I think it would have been better to watch on the big screen. It does have amazing special effects. I am going to rent Sweeny Todd next from Netflix.
Also, Eastern Promises with Viggo Mortensen is an amazing movie. I would rent that if you get a chance. It is about the Russian Mafia.

Gone Baby Gone with Casey affleck and Morgan Freeman was a really good movie. I will not tell you anything about it since it is just one of those movies you need to watch to understand it.
I see someone else mentioned it already but PS I Love You wa also really good.
