vegies

I tend to use fresh vegetables more often than not. I like the taste when they're fresh, but it's a pain to be chopping and dicing all the time. On the odd occasion that I don't use fresh, I will turn to canned vegetables. I don't like using frozen ones a lot because I think all the ice in the veggies melt and makes my dishes more watery.

I use both it depends what I'm cooking eg. If I'm cooking a roast I definatly prefer to use fresh vegies, if I'm making a simple dish like meat and mash potato I use the frozen vegies, my fav vegies are Pumpkin,Cauliflower,Corn,Sweat Potato and Mushrooms

I usually buy fresh then i wash and freeze them. Or cook and freeze them, certian ones are better cooked before freezing. If not buying fresh then it would be frozen from the store. They all taste so good and hard to say what is my favorite.
