Indian Cricket League or Indian Premier League which is the best?

I had watched Indian Cricket League and Indian Premier League. I like Indian Cricket league very much. Lance Klusener is one of my favorite cricketers. What about you? Who is your favorite?

whatever may be whether it is IPL or ICL it is good for indian cricket team and for young players.
