Well a candle lit dinner is a good start. Or how about a "your favorite romatic movie" marathon. Or if you live near the beach, a picnic on the beach. Or a drive on a moonlit road and well, you can figure out the rest. Or getting a telescope driving to a dark remote space and look up at the stars. When there are meteor showers here, we head to the beach where there are no lights and watch the nature show. Those are a few to start.

You could do it by preparing your partner's favorite food. After that, make sure you share a steamy night with him.
