How many of you put yourself last?

I do! My friend asked me what I do for myself and I could not think of anything. My kids and spouse always come first. They eat first,get there wants first and emotional needs met first. I really do put myself last! What do you do just for you? Do you feel guilty for doing something for yourself instead of your other family members?

I used to, and I ended up disabled because of it. It is important to put others before yourself, but if you don't take care of yourself, you will end up no good to anyone.
I still put others first, but the last 5 years have taught me that there is selflessness and there is foolishness and all to often we can't tell the difference.

I am always like that eversince I was a child. If I have something and my friends doesn't have it I gave it to them. And probably I grew in that way. When I was still a single and was working my first payout was spent for my family. For my mom and brothers, cousins and grandparents. NOthing was left for me. Now that I have a family of my own I still do practice that. I gave everything to my husband specially to my baby and if my mom or brothers needs something and they can't afford to buy it I will buy that for them.
What Do I do just for me? hmm... Maybe give my family what will make them happy that is what I am doing and will still do. I don't feel guilty of anything since I haven;t put myself first on the list.
