Rainy Days.. Raincoat or Umbrella? What is your pick?

I prefer to wear a jacket with a hood. Storing an umbrella is difficult at times. I can hang my jacket at work or at home and it will dry in no time. Most of the time I just go and don't worry about getting wet.

hey daffodil20 For me rain coat is more comfortable than umbrella. Wearing rain coat you can move anywhere, you can ride your bike, you can easily boarded the bus or train, your clothes will be safe if you wearing rain coat . In my child hood I misplaced lots of umbrella as whenever I used umbrella in my school days number of times I lost as I always forget to pick my umbrella. Hence I prefer rain coat. pkc3000

i use umbrella. in childhood may be i used rain coat while going to school. its very hard in current situation. i have to use public trans port. its hard in public transport with drenched rain coats.

I prefer umbrella. I like folded umbrella that fits inside my bag. It's easy to open and fold when I am in hurry. I don't like rain coats, I will be having a hard time using and folding it inside my bag.

I prefer a raincoat instead. My clothes get spoiled in this rain,and it also becomes wet,and a raincoat is a good mode to protect it.

Well, the rainy season is almost over where I am but I prefer to carry an umbrella as its easier to carry around and put away when I'm not using it. Cheers, Tianna

i prefer winsinter as it is similar to raincaot as it is easy for me to carry and eary to wear n remove n feel comfortable

Hello dear Daffodil. I don't like to use raincoat as I don't feel comfortable. I prefer to use an umbrella as alway, but I have to say that when I was a kid, especially when I went to school on bike on rainy days, I did. But as I grew up, I gave it up. Thanks.

Although a rain coat would be much more fashionable, I'd rather play it safe with an umbrella. Not only is it easier to carry around,it's also easier to store when wet. I used a rain coat once and made such a mess when I had to get in the car and remove it. Water went everywhere! I'd love to get cute boots for the rain though. :)
