Unbeliever spouse?

If you are a believer and have different faith and religion with your spouse, How can you handle it?

My husband and I believe pretty much the same.
He has an aunt and uncle, one is Mormon the other Pentecostal. They have been married over 40 years.
I guess some people just have the knack to know what's important, and they love and respect each other enough; and what the other believes that it works for them.
