What you prefer to do ??

I use both of them simultaneously and i'm pretty proficient in that too. Certain games require you to use both of these hardwares simultaneously, thats how i got experienced :D I bought a new mouse for my laptop recently, its pretty smooth too ;)

I use a mixture of both but I think I use mouse more.

I use a mixture of both. I have a laptop with an external mouse which I use when I've got it plugged in. When I don't have it plugged in (such as now because I have my laptop on my lap)I use keyboard shortcuts. Especially if I'm copying and pasting because it makes it easier to do it quickly.

when i'm in front of a desktop computer, i usually use mouse. But if i'm doing something important and in a hurry, i don't use the mouse at all. i use keyboard shortcuts because it's more convenient for me. I don't have to move my hands that much to touch the keyboard then to the mouse and back again. it takes so much time. when using the laptop, it has it's own mouse (it's my husband's laptop and he bought the mouse since it's convenient when he was playing). But when I started using the laptop, I don't use the mouse at all.

I use mixture of both. I'm a laptop user and well sometimes I prefer using the shortcut keys on my laptop. If I'm using my dekstop I use the mouse the most. I don't know, I guess it all depends on what you are using, a Laptop or desktop.
