everyday we have our family prayers.we have the rosary daily and in the end we read a passage from the bible.
do you read the bible daily??

I need a lot of self-discipline to read the bible, somehow a lot of daily activities clutter my time. I'm currently on this 'Powered by 4' program that sends daily verses to my email. It does help a bit. If I'm disciplined, I usually read 1 chapter of OT, NT, Psalms and Proverbs. I love the book of Proverbs and I keep re-reading it after I've finished reading it. I believe it's a book of wisdom and wisdom can be gained by reading and practicing it.

I try to read a Psalm or Proverb every day, too. I really love the beautiful thoughts Got put in them.

Hi friend,
I read bible everyday. It is my daily routine. I never enget to read The Holy Bible. My day starts with reading bible. Then for family prayer i read psalms. And psalms 91 recite everyday.

I try to read it when I can. I have eye problems. I try to listen to mass each day as I am disabled. My motto God is the captain of my life

Yes, I do daily devotion for an hour and that includes meditating on God's word, praying, praising and singing for the Lord. I do not do the rosary though because I am not a Catholic.
I believe what the word of God says in Psalm 119:105- "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path." Because of this, I do not neglect reading His word because I need a lamp and a light in this dark world.

Yes I do. I start my day with a prayer and read passages in the bible. So that I will have guidance from the Lord for the whole day.

Well, I do have a Bible but i don't read daily. I read when I have spare time or need a few things from it. The Bible is a good source of knowledge and wisdom. But one must actually read by heart before he/she could learn from it. I think that nowadays less people read the Bible. I admit that I haven't read it for quite some time now.
