What are the stars?

Hi, everyone. I'm new in MyLot and when I go into people's discussions some people seem to have a star beside them with a number inside it. I was wondering what it is? What does it do? How do you get the star?

Once you reach 100 posts peole can rate your discussions and responces. The star number goes up when they rate psotively and down when they rate negatively.

When you reach 100 posts, you antomatically get a star. The number in the star, is your reputation in mylot.
When you place your mouse on the star you can see your reputation.
For example, my blue star with number ten, when I place my mouse on it, it shows 97/100.
