Moon sand is not easy to clean up like they say. Well, i guess if you just vacuumed it all up then...yeah it is easy to clean up.
My daughter decided to get it out the other day and even though I told her to keep it on the table she didn't listen (surprise surprise) and took it to her Dora kitchen and made a HUGE mess with it! She put it in her pots and pans, the stove top and oven. Then she left it there.
I don't think I am ever going to buy that stuff again! Play-doh is so much easier to clean up and I think it is more fun. You can't do much with moon sand. I would have had it easier just buying some sand and throwing some water in it for them to play with. Probably would have been cheaper too.

I am surprised that you had such a problem cleaning it up. I think moon sand is much better than play doh. My son is older than your daughter, so I am sure that make a huge difference. I would rather have to vacuum up moon sand that pick play doh out of the carpet.

I can see where that is a pain. We only have hard wood in our entry way. Everything else is tile (which is still somewhat of a pain, it is the large ceramic tiles with the 1/2" grout) and carpet.
