do you buy ticket through travel agency or direct to airlines?

Did you experience how hot the line of airlines hot-lines? Oh my! they are really hot but we found out,it's not advisable to buy ticket directly to airlines as it has the same price you can get through travel agency except you have to pay administration fee.

I usually but from the airline directly, but my parents prefer to do it with their travel agent so that they don't have to worry about the papers and stuff. I find that there are really good deals if you buy from the company's website. Many on line ticket sales are often cheaper because it's a book and buy type. This means that the company receives the payment through your credit card right away rather than waiting for you to decide to go on a trip then pay for the ticket. The down side to buying tickets online is that it's very difficult to reschedule and refund the ticket. Not only will you be penalized heavily, there's also a big chance of not getting the rebooking you want.
