I could say the best family planning is keep your legs tightly crossed and breathe onion breath all over him but you'd think I was being facetious! There is a saying that "abstinence is the best form of family planning" but I guess you're looking for practical advice. I would honestly suggest you speak with your doctor as I don't know your medical history or know if you have any potential allergic reactions to oral contraceptives like the pill. No one can tell you effectively online what form is best for you as we do not know your background. You might be a smoker in which case some contraceptive pills might not be good for you.
