My favorite book of all time is Hide and Seek by James Patterson, it's a suspense thriller, and it keeps you hooked from start to finish, and reads easy because the chapters are so short, and some of the pages are even half pages.
But I'm always looking for a new book to read and enjoy so I'm up for reading something that you think is definitely worth it. As long as you don't recommend "White Noise" I had a hard enough time getting through that book in my first year in college...I still have it, I don't know why I haven't gotten rid of it yet, maybe I'm destined to read it again.

When I was in high school, several centuries! ago, I read a book that actually changed my life. It was Stranger in a Strange Lsnd, by Robert Heinlein. As a result of reading that book, I became a loving, caring, open-minded person. I saw that we truly are all brothers and sisters, members of the same race - human! I've spent a lifetime trying in every way to spread peace and love, and I'm not some airy-fairy hippie. I'm a teacher, and my students learn a whole lot about peace, love, altruism and self-fulfillment. No, I don't skim over the grammar and literature to do that; I simply have the students consider the "soft" side of intepreting these things.

There are more books out there that I have read that are my favorites than I could ever hope to count.
When I saw the question though; the first book that popped in my head was 'To Kill a Mockingbird'.
I think I was ten my mom told me to watch the movie. I loved everything about the movie except for the court scene. I was to young to understand all that and I wanted to kids in the movie.
When I stumbled across the book many years ago, I bought it and read it every so often.

One of my favorite books is A Bend In The Road by Nicholas Sparks, but I like pretty much anything written by him. Have you ever read anything by Nicholas Sparks?
