Do you like sunflower seeds?

The picture shows them already deshelled, but I love to put a handful in my mouth and let the salting begin. Then I crack them with my teeth and eat the seeds. I usually eat them outside so I can litter the ground with spent shells. My kids crack them like peanuts in their hands and then eat the seeds. I've tried other kinds of flavors but the original ones are my favorite. When's the last time you had a handful of this fun food?

Oh my! I also love sunflower seeds so much! And every time I go to to buy groceries, Sunflower seeds will always be in my basket. They are so tasty and yummy! I love it's taste to my mouth and once I start eating I will not stop till I'm done with the whole pack. Know what, I always eat these seeds with my grandchildren (two years old - twins.) I'm teaching them at an early age to eat good nutritious food instead of indulging in junk food. Sunflower is very nutritious and fibrous so I recommend to all!

I tried the ranch but couldn't get into it. It was a little too much, but I've tried the BBQ kind and they weren't bad, just not my favorite. I love the original too. *Spit* Sorry, had to deshell while typing. :)

I always make sure I'm outside when I eat them so I can discard the shells for nature to enjoy. That would annoy me if people did that in my home, I'd hand them a broom.

I like sunflower seeds too, thats all my nephews been eating this past week while he was here with me...lol. I can't remember when I had them last but it was the last time I ate them, I have high blood pressure, so that means I have to watch my salt intake. Well I bought a bag of sunflower seeds one time, it was a small bag, but I ate them all, and when I got up out of the chair I got dizzy and almost fell down..lol. I got dizzy everytime I moved my head, and my head was real swimmy feeling. I figured out it was the sunflower seeds I ate and the salt on them, my hubby took them away from and wouldn't let me have anymore. I thought it was funny, he didn't tho...lol.

I like sunflower seeds. I used to play little league baseball so if I didn't have bubble gum in my mouth it was sunflower seeds. It's been awhile since I've had any but thats probaly because I wouldn't but them down until the bag was gone.

I love sunflower seeds as well. I like eating them when watching movies. It is lots of fun eating these delicious salty seeds sitting on the stone by the side of the stream. The spent shells moving away floating on the water. They form the beautiful designs on the surface of the flowing water. My kids do enjoy very much eating sunflowers seeds and groundnuts sitting by the side of the water with their bare feet soaking in the cool stream water in the same time. When seeing the shells to meet any obstacle, they will then stir the water to let them keep on moving forward.

Yes, I like sunflower seeds. However, I found eating them really spend a long time. And it seems it's hard to stop unless you finish them. So most of the time I eat them in the holidays. I love China

I actually can't remember the last time I ate them. I'm in college right now and I think that the last time that I ate a few was when I was in high schoo. When I was in middle school sunflower seeds was like the "it" thing back them. We would always bring the little bags to school and eat them without the teachers knowing. And we would make these little shells holders out of papers to put the shells in there. But I love the salty shell too.

I love sunflower seeds! I usually get them deshelled and roasted and salted, I can eat them plain and also they are great sprinkled on salads. I have a bag of them in my pantry in fact! I don't usually get them any other way, to me they are too much work to shell first.

I must admit I've never tried them! I feed them to my cockatiels, so next time I fill their hopper, I'll have a chew on one and try it!

Don't eat the bird seed kind, you'll grow feathers! Get a bag at the market, the human kind, it will taste better anyway.

Oh yes, I love sunflower seeds! I used to eat them when I went to visit my mother and her husband Bill, who were living in Canada at the time. Now Bill has passed away, but the sunflower seeds still remind me of him!

I love salted sunflower seeds and I like them with the shell. I do take the shell off with my mouth , but sometimes i will eat the shell, or save them up in a big lot with no shell. I seem to eat them much more in the summer . I think the ball players get me hooked.
