Why do so many join PTC websites ?

Hello, Most people that have been online a number of years know that these PTC, PTR, PTS websites are mostly nothing but scams. Most of them are just some young teenager that got $50 up and bought a script and slapped it up and called themselves a site owner. I notice how little people care about who runs the sites, are they a legit registered business, do they know anything about running a site, do they know anything about marketing, are they an actual mature adult, do they really have the finacial backing to pay.. these are just some of the questions that seems people really care nothing about. Facts are most PTC sites can not make enough money so they go and join affiliate programs and get you to click on ads hoping that you will join, take advantage of the offer, spend money, or whatever because they have no real way to make money to pay thier members. Fact is no "Real" advertiser would even consider paying a PTC site to advertise their business. So why do so many of you join these sites ? And do not post any referral links I do not join sites like PTC as I run a real business.
