Who is your emotional bomb shelter? Who do you talk to when you have quit talking to everybody but one person?

Give it to Jesus... that's what I do. My husband is my very best friend and I usually talk to him about everything - however, if we are not under the best communication then all I can do is just pray. I'm generally a private person and I don't like telling my business to anyone - it doesn't matter if we've been close friends for the longest. I just don't like doing it. I don't tell family or anyone about serious personal things.. I just give it all to God.

I don't think I really have one. Except for my mom. She's helped me out a lot ever since I was younger. I still regret giving her so much crap during middle and high school. But I still don't feel comfortable talking out all of my problems with her. So last summer I found a person online that has come to mean a lot to me. They are my age and going through the exact same thing that I am. But still at the best of times my feelings are strained.

I dont think that really has happened to me....When I feel the need to draw back from people I draw back from EVERYONE including my husbnad and kids...AND I'm also not the type of person to really vent on/at/to ppl either....I guess if i had to pick ONE person though I'd be my husband that I'd most likely consider my emotional bomb shelter.

I have a close friend that I talk to about everything. When something is bothering me, I write him, or I call him. I have another friend that I talk to about most stuff, also. Both are really good for talking to, because we are all alike in so many ways, so we know what each other is going through.

I am usually a silent person. I seldom talk to other what I feel. The only person whom I can pour out my emotion is GOD. When I couldn't handle things anymore, I usually cried to HIM during bedtime.Sometimes I would even ask for HIS comfort.

My husband is my emotional bomb shelter. I can talk to him about everything and everyone. :) He really is my best friend. That's probably why I married him. Go figure. I think everyone needs someone to talk to, wether it's a person, a God, or even a journal. It helps to release stress in some way form or fashion.
