Best of British

I was just watching a British soap (Eastenders) and they were having a best of British day. They had the usual things considered British i.e the Union Jack, British beer and music. I know that there are a lot of people from all over the world on myLot and I was just wondering what you would consider the best of British. Is it our way of life, our humour or our food or something completely different?. What do you think?

I love British humour, and I thank them for fish and chips, and of course "some mothers do have them" but I really love to watch the Royal Family, I am very interested in their whole life.

I have heard lots of people say that they love our humour. I have a great respect for the Queen. Thanks for your response

I hnk bread and butter pudding and yorkshire pudding are the best from the uk..yumyum
