I originated from one of the third world countries and I am working for a business outsourcing company who caters and supports clients offshore. My position level is considered the front liner of the account and thus we represent the client to its customers. I have experienced a lot of callers getting angry just because I'm not from their country. I even experienced one of them saying, "i'm better than you, that's why you're there and I'm here." I understand that we may not speak the same language and we have different cultures and traditions, but is that enough reason for you to hate other people? I mean c'mon we're all human and created to be equal in rights. I just think it's so unfair that some people think that way!
