im just curious on here especially on responding a discussions..when i responded a particular discussion im not in a habit in reading or scrolling first the previously commented part..that sometimes the poster thinks maybe that im so redundant on my replies...since sometimes its similar on some other members who responded...i really cant help it since i dont want to read them first in order that my reply will not be influenced or something to that effect..i like to write whatever whats really on my mind and what i understand on the discussion itself...sometimes some poster will add a comment about referring me to just read the above replies so that i will know her/his comment on this!!well i feel somewhat a mixed feeling on this..but i guess to each own hereand by the way i really dont mind reading some of it if that what they like..what about you guys ?what will you do??

Hello vanities,
Since I responding from my e-mail notifications, I don't read any of the previous responses. I will respond first and then, if I find that the topic really, really interests me, I will scroll and check other responses. I don't want my response to be influenced by others responses as whenever I read first before responding, I tend to type almost similar answer. If the discussion is related to a picture attached, I will take time and check the user name and look for that particular discussion. By doing this, I definitely will read others responses and as always happen, I tend to write almost the same answer!

I don't look at others' replies either. I write what I think and that is what mylot is about...giving your opinion. I have had that happen too and I guess we should thank them for bringing it to our attention.....hmmmmm....or what ever we feel like thanking them for!

99% of my response is based on what i read on the post itself, i dont read the other post except if i am just browsing and something hits my attention and i will just adds to what others responded.
like you i feel best if i will just respond based on what i feel and i dont have to confused myself on what others say, beside a discussion is an exchange of ideas so i just want to express mine, if that is just a repeat of the other then there is nothing i can add to that LOL
kidding aside, i think you know what i am talking as we both have the same feeling, i have only encountered one OP who told me that she have already responded to the same response but heck that was like hundreds of response already i dont have the leisure to read everything and then decide afterwards what i am gonna say.
in case it happens on my own thread i still responded to the poster and will also direct him (giving the link or telling him to look above him) whatever i say if it needs a lot of writing in that way i dont have to repeat myself and just let the person understand that by telling him i dont want to repeat myself.
