Hello, punski, and welcome to Mylot. To answer your questions: 1) No one really knows how much you get per post as there are several variables involved. I won't go into all of them here, but just as a rule of thumb you can usually count on a penny per post and that includes responding to discussions as well as starting them. 2) You do not need to cash out because you set the amount you want as your minimum up front and when you reach that amount Mylot automatically sends the current month's earnings to your PayPal account. 3) I believe the smallest minimum payment you can set is $10. 4) Earnings are updated daily. The information about when the updates have been made are on the left right under Mylot earnings and Mylot referrals.
