How do you handle the fear like when you start a new job or move to a new neighborhood, like the uncertainty when you get a new boss. Well I have last minute jitters, I am about to open for business with my new company. Although I am an affiliate marketeer, real estate investor and entrepreneur I still get nerves when I start something new. I am constantly making changes on the website I am designing for my business. What do you do to calm the fear? I keep myself alternating between different projects or I will do spring cleaning of somethings I have been meaning to get rid of or a room I want to redecorate then I go back to work on my project.

Actually I also offen feel feared when I change a new job with a complete new environment,or meet a strange person, or do something for the first time, I think it is very normal, most people will be nervous facing the new things, people do not know what it will be or it will be going, they don't have confidence on it, they maybe doubt whether they can adjust to it or command it, so I think the key point for this feeling is due to lack of self-confidence, so let's come on, strengthen our confidence, we believe we can do it well, and practice more and more.
And another good way is that put yourself into a new environment offen, then maybe you will easily get used to it.

Often we don't face up to what we fear. We try to hide it in the bottom of our minds, so that perhaps we don't even know what we are afraid of, or are worrying about. It is important to find out exactly what we are afraid of, and also try to understand how the fear started. There may be a particular time, or event, which started it off.
Then here are some ideas to help you look at the problem:
Facing up to it
Sometimes, when you face up to the problem, it doesn't seem so bad. Sometimes, the fear of something is worse than the thing itself! Perhaps tomorrow, the problem may seem less! Remember, "Today is the tomorrow that you spent your time worrying about yesterday."
Talk to someone
This always helps. Find someone you can trust, and share how you feel. In some cultures, this is more difficult than others. You will probably find they have had a similar experience, and can help you.
Look at yourself
? Your character or family upbringing may make you worry easily. But learn to change negative ways of thinking. There are two ways of looking at a cup of water. The negative way says, "The cup is half empty". But the positive way sees the same cup, yet says, "The cup is half full." OK, its difficult. What we actually need is a new mind, that thinks differently! But yes, this is possible!

I just ignore it and plow ahead with my life. It's imporant to remember that in order to fly, one has to first take off. We're not going to get anywhere if we're afraid to put one foot infront o the other, or get off the ground.

Fear bred doubts and if there are doubts then it is best you ask someone for their opinion. What you can do is call a close friend or relatives and show them the wen site and ask them to quiz it. Some times others can see the mistakes that we cannot see especially if we are too emotional involve. All the best.
