Anything can be a discussion.
If it helps you you should try carrying a piece of paper around with you for the day and whenever you doing anything write it down in the form of a discussion. You'll find out that a lot of the things you do can be a discussion starter.

I liked the idea of of putting a paper and pen along with me. I wonder I got more than 10 ideas and I was able to write them on paper. Without writing them I could have forgotten them. Thanks

I do more responding than starting. When I do start discussions they come from every day things. Just things I am doing or thoughts I have about life. I don't think I have started a discussion in a couple of days because nothing has crossed my mind. So I spend my time responding instead. Good luck.

What are you good at? Go with that, then listen to what people write about, get ideas from that. Walk around and take notes, find out what you want to know by asking other people on myLot. Once you get going, there's no stopping your brain from thinking of ideas. Good luck!
