I plan to open warung sate kelinci and would like to know your opinion.
1. do you have any obstacles in eating rabbit meat?
2. in your opinion, what price is suitable for one portion of rabbit satay?
3. In each portion, how much tusuk of satay is more suitable?

When I was a little girl my father used t go rabbiting every Sunday so needless to say in times when there wasn't much money around we were broght up on rabbit meat...it had been said my mother was the best rabbit cooker ever, but being in Australia when meals were cooked very simple we never had satay rabbit but I am sure it would be nice.

This was when I was a little girl but from what I remember I think it was just done in a pot on the stove but what was in that pot I wouldn't know, but people used to say the meat would just fall off the bone...
