I am not able to trust her?

I can not make friendship with strangers. However, in my office there is one girl who likes me so much and would like to make friendship with me but she is very contradict to me the way I think and the way she thinks is totally differnt, she tries to comment on many things make laugh at others back bites , but she says she wants to be a best friend but we can not trust her , I try to avoid many times but she feels bad about it but I am unable to trust her and I always avoid her and dont even call up instead she tries to speak to me atleast once a day..I just want to how to say her that I am not interested to continue with the friendship in few days I will be leaving my office as well..Am I doing wrong or what but she is very sweet to me just that I dont like her behaviour with others?

Well, its upto that how you treat people and how you want to settle in your environment. If she is not very well with her other collegues than you should make her understand and realize that she should not pretend like that.
Just think, some other day, if you find a person, who always annoys you and someone else can make him/her understand that he/she should not pretend like that but he does not do that. How you feel, what will be your relationship with him and also with that person who annoys you

Why don't you try to talk how you feel about her? Is it natural that there are times people used to like us even it is opposite of what we feel.
Or I suggest, just let her be close to you, but always be aware of things that may happen. Coz you said you don't feel good about her.
And just stay nice and calm. Whatever her motive is, it will and will be revealed. What is important is that you never tend to hurt other people intentionally.. If there is something you want to say that you know may hurt her, say it nicely and in light ways..
As long as you stay not unfair to her, it will be alright..

Unfortunately, I cant do that because I know if I say that she sits and cries and she gets hurted as well.

I think you should talk to her in a nice way. Try to tell her how you feel about and that she should change her bad habit of talking about others behind their backs.
