I sure hope spelling and grammar mistakes effect earnings! I know a lot of users on this site are not native English speakers, so I imagine it would be more difficult for them to use proper spelling and grammar since it isn't their first language. I just don't think that would be fair to give someone less money for having poor spelling and grammar! Especially considering that they might not be very fluent in English!

As long as your post is readable, I don't think myLot really cares about grammer and spelling. Of course, if your post reads as nonsense, then it might get deleted, but if they are like your discussion here, then you should be fine. There are lots of people here who do not speak english as their first language, so it would not be fair to use that as criteria.
Your posts might have gotten deleted for other reasons, like posting unsolicited referral links or something.

hello arshdeep!
grammar and spelling errors are not really an issue here in mylot. as long as you can express your point or idea, it is fine.
what i do usually observed is that mylot admin erased certain discussions that have the same topic with others. they don't really want same topics and subject titles.
just continue posting! as long as we can relate to your topics, we'll try to respond to it..
have a nice day!

This is not against the Mylot guidelines. I think it is either someone who has answer your post went against the rules of mylot or you have written something which is a don't. It is good to take a look sometimes whenever you are going to post.

I don't think the mistakes matter to you earnings. I know some people are very careful not to make mistakes when typing. Others get nit picky about those made by others but don't check their own.
I make sure to correct spelling errors and if a grammatical error is pointed out - like my skipping the ' in my contractions, I try to make an effort to correct the error in the future. Theres no better way to learn than by correcting one's own mistakes.
