What sort of changes do the Lakers need to make?

Phil Jackson has been quoted as saying that the Lakers will need to make some changes to the roster if they hope to win a championship. The main ingredient that he was talking about is toughness. The good thing is that the Lakers had one of the youngest team in the league next year. Andrew Bynum will be coming off an injury so that will help with the toughness to an extent, but what other changes can be made to increase the toughness level?

Andrew Bynum may be the answer.. If he wasn't injured and played during the finals, i think the bostons will be having extra efforts on the court. ^_^

I agree. If Andrew Bynum played in the Finals, it could've been a different result. Aside from that though, I think Lamar Odom must play smarter. Gaah. He played a disastrous Game 6. Nevertheless, they have an 'okay line up'. That is what's really missing. The intensity/toughness. Oh, and I think their bench should play better. They were okay the whole year but then when the Finals came, they were sort of nonexistent.
