DO you cook regularly? or occassionally? which is your favourite dish? was it greatly appreciated? do you feel your cooking is under rated or just passed off with no remark(m.... that is bad enough) Do you wait for some one to appreciate your cooking?
for my self I like cooking and thankfully Iam quite fast. I just seem to manage all my cooking within 45 minutes.
I really don't expect any appreciation but when people take 2nd or 3rd helping I know my dish is being appreciated.
But most men don;t acknowledge their wife's cooking which they would generally appreciate outside... right?

Whatever I cook I like it,I don't wait for appreciation.I cook my self only during the weekends, specially when I am free,as i cannot cook so fast. In fact my favorite dish is Biriyani, though I cannot cook it,it is quiet tough to cook. But I can cook chilly chickens,I like having this dish too.

I don't like cooking. I can cook, but just don't like to. I like to bake, but not to cook. I do cook when I need to, but usually quick and easy things. My favorite dishes are lasagna and chicken parmesan. I make both from time to time because I do enjoy them so much. I make chicken parmesan more often because it is easier.
When someone cooks for me I am always appreciative and I always thank them. A lot of my friends know I hate cooking so if I do them any favors they cook for me. I always thank them, even if it's a fair trade. For someone to take time to cook for you is a real nice thing and should not be taken for granted. My daughter likes to cook and I have been teaching her how to. She made a simple dinner the other night for us. I even thanked her.
