can any one tell me how to make pasta?

Pasta has 2 main parts the pasta itself and the sauce .The simplest way I guess would be to get the sauce premade from Market and just boil some water and then cook the pasta in the boiling water for 10-15 minutes . The whole knowhow of making pasta is about making the sauce . Heres how to make an easy sauce at home : First prepare 3 or 4 tomatos , a little olive oil , a little onion , some oregano or basil leaves and salt and pepper . Fill frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil and pu ton fire , then add diced onions until the onion start to turn brownish , then add the tomatos after you vut them up and blend them in food processor . Allow the tomatos to cook a little then add half a cup of water . You might also want to add tomato paste to it at this point . Now you have the volume of the final sauce , but you have to let the sauce cook well during which time the water you added will keep vaporizing , so you need to keep a close eye on the sauce so it doesnt burn and from time to time add a half cup of water . It should cook nicely in about an hour and a half after which you turn off the fire and add the basil or oregano leaves . You then boil water separately and afte rit reaches a boil add the pasta and let it boil for 10 minutes to 15 minutes you can check if it s cooked by taking out individual pieces of pasta and chew them to see how soft they are (cool it first or you can get burned !!) After the pasta is cooked you drain the water , add some of the sauce to the pasta and let it cook a bit on the fire , then you take the pasta off and put it in plate and add the sauce on top .
