REally, everyone can diet, not everyone can exercise. I diet when I don't feel like exercising, and exercise when I don't feel like dieting. Initially, though I have to do both to see results quickly. If I don't see quick results I'll throw in the towel prematurely, so i do both to start off. For about a week, then I exercise.
