I have a good friend, that has a annoying habit,at least to me,whenever he gets depressed he feels the need to drag everyone else down with him too.I thought at first maybe he was just overly sensitive, now after all these years of listening to him I'm starting to think maybe he just isn't happy unless he feels depressed..
My boyfriend don't like my friend,i don't know what to do

BElieve me, ive met a lot of people like that .. and i have noted one thing about them .. most of them use their own misfortune of their probles as a way to gain more attention and acceptance. People are generally sympethatic by nature, and seeing someone in trouble makes us think how we can help him/her .. or connect with him/her. Such people take advantage of this basic human behaviour .. maybe conciously or sub conciously im not sure. When ther are not depressed, they think they will be rejected as its a behaviour unnatural to them .. and they might think it is different to their friends as well ..not knowing true friends really dont like seeing their close friend sad.
As for your boyfriend .. no matter how close u are with your boyfriend, even if he is your to-be husband ... he has no right to judgee your friends :) .. thats what i think.. i know most people might not agree with me on that :P

I think that some people actually enjoy feeling that way
so that they can engender a lot of sympathy and that is
in my thinking kind of sick.I do not blame your boyfriend
as those people suck you dry if you let them.
