After ordering (and I'm kicking myself for this, I usually research an online company before purchase) our wedding bands I feel I'm getting the run around. Come to find out they have two complaints for lack of customer service and poor quality product on RipOff.com, none in the BBB. So far I've had to contact them about shipment of product 4 or 5 times and see what the hold up is. I've been given explanations of the inlay process is difficult and may take a few tries and the engraving is taking a long time (it's two words for crying out loud). I ordered these May 27th, was given a shipping date of June 9th and now it's the 19th. I've been burned once with rings that I wanted already now I am fearful I'm getting burned a second time. I have 8 weeks left to the big day, that's not a lot of time left. Anyone have experiences to share about this company? What was your product like? Was the quality good? Did you have problems with returning shipments? Did they honor the 100% guarantee of satisfaction?
