I have brought a IFB automatic washing machine for las 1 Years. but I am not surtisfied with this.when I brought washing machine I was very happy that now I am not washing cloth with hands. when I have washed my cloth I am not sartisfied with it. One thing Its have 2 hours for washing cloths and not washed clear cloth. so I think it is not best for me. today I washed my cloth with my hands not washing machine. My washing machine is set in my bathroom. I want to sell him but nobody have purchase it. I have brought 15000/rs. It washing machine is waste for me. I have waste my 15000 rs. Not I am happy to wash my cloth with hands but unhappy to have washing machine. my machine is IFB elena 5 kg. It only useful to other country Its not suitable for me. because its not washing clear cloth. when washing machine is not washing clear cloth so why I am washed my cloth. What can I do its machine. now its have no guarrantee period but its new. If any body have suggestion for me. suggest me I have problem. I call to washing machine company tell its to exchage but Company executive tells me Its company have not exchange offer. I am very trouble problem what can I do?
