I am aware of the benefits of a good night's sleep and sleeping for a good 8 hours. It's good for cell regeneration, etc, etc.
However, as with most people, I'm having a hard time with this. There's tv, and net surfing...mylot, of course, reading....a lot of things that keep me from getting my 8 hours!

Not since I have found MYLOT. But I went to my boyfriend on Saturday night and I slept until 10:00a.m. sunday sleep whole day and then monday woke and cannot sleep so long again. Now I am back at home and know that I will not have that 8 hours sleep. But it is very good when one have a restful sleep because then you will not able to have joints and back pain.

You're right. Experts say that the minimum sleep time that an individual should get is 8 hours, that is living healthy. Since I'm working in a call center that supports offshore clients, I had to work on graveyard shifts and I really find it hard to sleep during day time. Sleeping at night is still different. My normal sleep hours just range from 4-6 hours and it's really hard to keep myself healthy. Sleep is very important.
