How do I tell him

I'v had some anger problem which lead to me to hurt my husdand with words i have said... Well i was recently put on some meds to help with the anger, and I wanted to know how to forgive myself and to know that he forgives me for the things i have said and to show him that I love him way more than he could than he could ever know... How do i show my man that i' ready to change how I treat him..

Don't know if you ever heard the following quote. Actions speak louder than words!! sit down and talk to him or sit down and write him a letter but talking is always the best. Tell him you are sorry and that you are changing. Then take one day at a time that is all anyone can do. Am sure he loves you.

Just talk to him. Tell him you are working on changing and that you love him so much. Apologize for the way you acted. He may appreciate everything you are saying and doing. I'm sure he loves you as much as you do him and is waiting to support you in changing.
