I like ubuntu!

I like it very much! It is stable and fancy! It is free! I prefer it to windows. How about you? My friend? Do you know what it is? Have you tried it? I promise that you will like it if you have a try.

I've tried Ubuntu and currently have it on my laptop. I'm dual booting with Vista and Ubuntu, and well I still can't connect to wireless network, but I can get online through Ethernet cable. Well I do have to say that I love Ubuntu. User friendly, I love it.

Ubuntu is really Great! I am a programmer. I can write program very well on Ubuntu but not on Windows. I like the console. The shell is powerful. What's more, the GUI is as pretty as Vista and Mac. Ubuntu is free. So why not use it? LOL

I tried Ubuntu, 8.04 Hardy Heron, but it just didn't run right on my computer. It just kept freezing up, and I didn't like the brown scheme and menu system. I then tried PCLinuxOS (PCLOS) which initially worked well, but then I had problems trying to download stuff from the repositories, so I then tried the New Distro from Mandriva Spring 2008 'ONE' and so far, fingers crossed, I am very pleased with it. The Menu System (Kde) and File system is very good, the performance is very good, and it just feels right, so I am a very happy chappy now.
