Does anyone have any tips on Interviewing?

Hey Everyone. I'm currently at that age where the college world is going to start drifting away and the real world will soon pick up. I often get nervous in job interviews and tend to stumble over my own words. Does anyone have any advice for me, whether it be practice or anything, that I can use for my upcoming interview?

there is one thing and very impt tip...be confident and everything will follow... other tips includes avoid unnecessary mannerism, pauses and gestures... avoid more "hmmms and you know" when answering questions if your not certain on what to say next pause for a while and gather your thoughts..more "hmms and you knows" may say that you are unsure of what your saying... Go for Group discussions with your Friends. This helps you in building new words while talking and you can express yourself with ease. Prepare practice Interview with your Friends and make it a regular exercise.
