What A Difference A Day Makes! Good News At Last

On 3rd January my father was diagnosed with tonsillar cancer and it is a 50/50 chance one, after months of being tube fed through stomach and in pain from chemo and rad he finally has been given the news today that it was a success. The power of prayer and positive attitude eh! Who else has had good news today? Please share. Ellie :D

I suffered for years with tonsillitus after 3 years of antibiotics as a main course in my life and the damage done by these antibiotics they removed my tonsills. My good newsis that today I supose that I dont have to worry about tonsillitus? I am also living in a place where fresh fruits and vegies are plentiful and the air is clean from the Ocean.

Really happy for ya i hope you will have a good life after this. You must be waking up feeling really good every morning just like me when i managed to shake off a 250k dollar debt recently. :D

I am glad that your father overcame it. Congratulations to him and to the whole family. It requires a lot of integrity, prayers and blessings and Ellie you are a sweet heart. I am very happy for you.
I have been having a great time of late. With people writing poems about me to my boss appreciating my good work - all's happening this week. I am on the top of the world.

Hi Mimipi, I have just checked out the link I remember getting notification of discussion but when there is a link I can't go in through email and was going to respond through discussions friends started and then couldn't find it LOL. I am so pleased that you are feeling so good, you desereve to be. Hi Ellie am glad to hear that-prayer is a grat thing and the divine power always hears us-my news is just I got another laptop but for my son as he is forever using mine

Your news are the best that i had this day. I am glad your father is better now, it seems he really wanted to get cured - that helped a lot. Prayers also helped - he is lucky to have a daughter so lovely and loving like you.
My good news for today is that my girlfriend past her exam she had today... i know it's far from the good news that you have, but still counts as a good news.

Congrats to your father and to you and the rest of the family. I know first hand what a long, stressful ordeal caner is for everyone in the family as my brother-in-law had throat cancer five years ago. Like your father he had chemo and radiation for several months and was very sick for a time. He's been cancer free ever since but I agree with you about the power of prayer and positive thinking. I'm happy that you have such good news to share.

wow! that's great ellie, I truly believe about the power of prayer and faith!..Good news for me, we are still alive and no big damage from tornado yesterday, it was confirmed in the news that it was a tornado! Thanks God, no huge damages around!

I am very happy for you and your father. That is such great news! I know how hard cancer can be on a family, I have lost 2 aunts and 1 uncle to cancer, it is a very hard disease to deal with, emotionally and physically. I am glad your fathers turned out so positive. I wish you both the best.

oh Ellie I am so happy for you and your dad, thats great
news. Prayer and positive attitudes do work. I have some
fairly good news. I went to my doctor again with my shingles and
he has put me on seven days of Valtrex which he feels will
'probably clear the nasty ones left up and so stop the pain.'
and if that doesnt work, he will try a different med but he
wants me to go ahead with the valtrex as he thinks this time
it will work. I sure hope so. lol.
