ow to send and recieve through bluetooth

when i got my phone the sales rep told me i can send songs and music to and from my computer to my phone. its crazy. i had no clue that was possible. when i tried looking for the instructions on how to do that, they forgot to put the english ones in the box :S!~!!!!!! now i couldnt figure it out through trial and error either. someone help !!!
