Lenovo Customer Service

If you look at reviews online for Lenovo laptops, you find amazing and horrible reviews right next to each other. My personal experience with the company has been nothing but great. I got a quality product in a timely manner and Ive had no issues with it. however, from what I hear is once your problems start then begin to grow fast. I hear customer service is non existant. What have you seen?

it strongly depends on wich faction from the company you get in though with i guess. there are always and everywhere people who don't do their jobs like the company itself would like them to. But i also read reviews about cheap bugs happening to the laptops, like led lights falling of a new buyed pc... but i guess that are things that could happen to every company... till now i only buyed pc's from fujitsu siemens and haven't got a complaint about them. I prefer the quality of their screens above those of others.

We have both a business and a personal account with them, and I will say that the business account gets much better customer service than the personal account. It also seems like higher priced purchases get better service than the cheaper models. I've never had any trouble with them, and have nothing but praise for the company, their customer service, and their product.
