Supporters try to set a world record for most software downloads in a 24-hour period
Guinness World Records must certify it, a process that could take a week or longer.

As soon as I became aware of it, in fact. Firefox is a great browser and it is produced for free. It is the greatest challenger to Microsoft's IE which might otherwise monopolize the market. I think everyone should at least give Firefox a test run.

Actually before right now i hadn't heard they were a Firefox 3. I had Firefox on my other pc but I don't know if I will install it or not on this one. But thanks for the news of the update I will check it out.

I cant wait until Ihave time to download it. I like firefox and it is the browser tht I use most of the time. I think that I use it more than explorer. I use it probably 75 percent of the time.
