Do you think that people should be retested for their drivers license when they reach a certain age? I know my father in law is 78 and he still drives. His reflexs and concetration behind the wheel have drastically slowed down. I am scared to hell to get in the car with him. ive seen him have a few near misses. ive seen this with other older people too. Im afraid one day he is either gone to cause or get in a serious accident.

They are considering it out here recently. But to tell you the truth accidents are more happening with the younger adults then those who we think would be accident prone. An elderly will drive accordingly to the speed limit or even slower. But younger adult loves to speed and because of this they care now call road hog. So don't be afraid for your dad they are the one's who are living longer. Maybe this is the reason they are not pushing for them to resit driver's licence test.
